Additionally, it was never stated that this wifi would be at low speeds with a 250MB limit. For this, I would actually like to remove a start from my initial rating. 3/5

Kevin the bus driver from New York to Buffalo was amazing! He gave passengers clear instructions of what will happen next at the different stops which I found it extremely useful. His mannerisms and friendliness were exceptional!
