Bus driver blocked the seats at the front saying they were booked, but nobody sat in them. We wanted the view and were first on the bus! Driver didn’t greet anyone and didn’t say a word the whole journey to anyone. Seemed sour. No customer service provides. Not even eye contact. A very unpleasant journey with freezing aircon the entire trip. I would say the driver from stratford to london on July 18th at 9:45am needs customer service training.
