Firstly the Bus was 1hour 30min late, and when we arrives to the station if the person is not at the station the driver will wait for the person for +-20 min and call the person if they not answering the driver will call the office and ask to call the person who is not in the station how unprofessional is that now as a passenger i must be late because we waiting for someone who is late .very dissapointed🚮
