Great ride with a great driver. Only problem was not knowing the bus left from an alternative depot. We had to get a taxi and just made it to our bus. My lack of good Spanish was the problem

Very good service except the fact it was freezing cold ask the driver to cool a lil less he did and then again lower the temp ppl used blankets.. what for? Also staff speak no english and im a tourist

The bus driver did not want to load my bags on the bus because I had an internet printed ticket rather than the pink slip given at the ticket counter. That was stressful.
