They answered questions but not really communicate with people. That is fine for people who use it frequently but not if never used a bus in Mexico before. Music playing all the time as soon as the sun came up.

Very happy to have used Elite, everything perfect - leg room, comfort of seats, number of stops, the only negative is needing a paper printed copy of the ticket. As a traveller it is not easy to get things printed and we rely on being able to use our emails on phones as proof of purchase.
