The journey was fine but lacked Aircon. However, when arriving in Córdoba a member of staff tried to pressure me into paying extra to retrieve my suitcase. The threatened to keep my suitcase until I payed them extra and when I refused they insulted me and partner calling us rats. Truly disgusting behaviour and the worst service I've received in all my travels by bus in South America.

Unlike the other Cata busses I have taken. This bus did not have blankets or places to charge in full cama.

The bus broke down! Had to wait 3 hours for it to be fixed in hot conditions with mosquitos everywhere

The bus was late, but other than that everything was pleasant. We had no stops but its a night ride, so thankfully the toilets were reasonable.

It was a great trip, very comfortable in the first floor and great driving. My only recommendation is for the driver to say how long each stop will be, so we can get a coffee or sandwich. No notice was ever given about the various stops.

Left on time, arrived on time, comfortable seats. AC was a bit strong but that was it.

I liked how comfortable the bus and ride was. I didn't like how little info we got at the terminal about where the bus was and that the bus doesn't stop for people to pee.

Wouldn’t recommend. Airco/ventilation didn’t work and toilet was not nice. Still, wasn’t terrible and did what it had to do; transport me.

Bus left on time. Staff helpful and friendly. Seats were very comfortable for a long journey. Played movies on the way. Great leg room too.

The bus was as every other bus, reclining seats were ok. I didn’t like that it stopped in every small town on its way and that for 11hours there were no stops to buy a sandwich nor any food was provided. Some other companies have at least alfajore and bottle of water for this long rides

Nice nightbus. No service but for us that was no problem. Brought it ourselfs. Seats really spacious

The seat was very comfortable. There are no blankets in the night busses and it is cold. Also they dont provide food or drinks. In other night busses this is provided.

Good busride. Only disappointment was the toilet door which needs a very hard pull to open while there's also no way to see if it's occupied. Therefore there was a lot of needles queuing at the toilet.

Less leg room than in other companies. Also, it was very cold on the bus. All in all, a decent company with decent service and prices.

Great seats, perfect temperature and left and arrived on time. Staff were very rude though!

Bus left on time and arrived 15 mins early and didn't really interact with the staff but seemed pleasant enough. Downfall was we booked a bus with food and there was no food at all, which was annoying as we hasn't brought a replacement! And The chairs were uncomfortable, even for a bus!

No food or drinks provided bar a biscuit just before we got off in the morning. No blankets or pillows, so bring warm clothes, luckily we had a jacket to stay warm. Lots of stops where it was noisy with door open and lights on for long periods, so very broken sleep
