I had my doubts that the bus, leaving from Hartford CT, could arrive in New York within three hours. My doubts were confirmed. Furthermore, please do not advertise free WiFi if it is not available for use.

Stinky urine toilet. Could not breathe in that stench. Wanted to vomit my liver, kidney and intestines on that 3 and a half hour bus ride. Could not even eat my snack on the bus. I had to wear a mask due to the stinky toilet. Very friendly bus driver.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy the trip back to NY for as your bus or it's driver did not show up. Thanks. That being said, my son and I was stuck in Connecticut with no other means of transportation to return. Will not recommend this company 😡
