Intercape Sleepliner George Pretoria recent customer reviews
One of the drivers harrassed me on the bus by kicking myself and my husband off seats so that they can have space to themselves after i asked if i could sit there.
This was now the 2nd time i had to move. They wanted all the back and front seats. I stated that i wanted to sit next to my husband.
When i said that I asked if we could sit here and was given permission he stated that if i dont move he would move me personally. So they wanted double seats to sit at for themselves with all their baggae on.
I called in a few days before travelling to reserve seats at Intercape offices and was told that they dont take seating reservations during peak season it would be first come first serve. We made sure we were there early.
I will never!! Travel with Intercape again as I felt unsave. As did a lot of lady passengers who said that they would list their complaints
Also all the windows was closed and aircon was off for the 18 hour drive

The bus driver (African bus driver) was rude i kindly asked him not to put heavy bags on top of mine, he got made put my bag in the bottom it was scratch and things inside were compressed boxes for presents ruined. He even made a remark that if it was his bus he would not let me on it. I have pictures for evidence.

I was very disappointed with intercape on my last trip as we left 17;45 from george on the monday evenining expecting to in pretoria by 11 the Tuesday morning. We only arrive at 22:00 the tuesday evening as the bus broke down. We first had to wait for machanics to arrive which took from 20:00 untill 22:00 then they worked and tried to fix, for almost two hors which was 00:00 by this time. The drivers never came to inform us on what was happening. One on the paasengers who was sitting infront of me came in and told the person next to him that we are waiting for a bus coming from woester. If i did not hear that from him i would of had no idea that we were going to sleep there. The bus arrived at 06:00 the tuesday morning and we could change busses then. Reminder we stopped in the middle of nowhere with no signal and i had to be in meeting the Tuesday for work and could not let them know that i wont be in time for the meetings at work and i got a warning...we arrived at 22:00 on tuesday evening in pretoria after the bus then gave us problems again from the parktown station to Pretoria
