A very positive experience riding FlixBus offering one of the best pick up location near Crowfoot LRT in the northwest. Bus on time with efficient check in and friendly driver. Smooth ride all the way to Red Deer.

The trip was great, the only problem was that it was very cold in there and I was freezing all the way to Red Deer.

It was late when i booked it for the airport and i missed my flight because of that

The pick up spot didn't exist. I had to call in. Office closed. Did help. Got help very last minute 10 min before bus supposed to be there. They didn't pick me up by bus they ubered me to rendezvous location left outside a closed mall.

The process of getting “Uber’d” and/or “shuttle bussed from the airport to the actual bus that doesn’t come to the airport is annoying. I had better experiences and seat quality with other bus companies.

Very poor communication regarding the fact that YYC to Red Deer is via Cross Iron mall. On board washroom discusting.

The drive was very good and right on time, the seats were slightly smaller then expected, baggage was very good

The trip to Red Deer was great. Very comfortable. Unfortunately the bus was about 1/2 hour late picking us up on a not such a pleasant day.

I had an excellent experience with Red Arrow. The driver was very friendly and accommodating. The bus was beautiful and extremely clean. It was a great ride. I will most definitely recommend it.

Was early to pickup and arrived to destination early as well. Driver was nice, good customer service.

Very nice! It was a very pleasant trip, just relaxing. No worries about the traffic as Riders Express has a most capable driver. The bus has comfortable seats. I like travelling with Riders Express.
