Lovely driver. Very helpful to those in need and went out of his way to ensure people were settled and comfortable.
Unhappy with the fact that there was no better detour on to backroads due to the construction on the highway in Ottawa. I would suggest when there are known closures, that the drivers should be able to take alternate routes that don’t add 40 minutes to the trip when possible.
